Truth
Mine, and yours.
The thing that we need help with the most
is the thing we help others with the most.
For me, that’s truth.
The one thing that has always kept me true to myself
is having mentors and peers who stand in their truth
and won’t let me hide from mine.
And I’m deeply grateful for these humans.
They are seriously invaluable to me.
Because whenever they see a pattern I’m repeating, they don’t hang about.
They name it.
And the relief is immediate.
Suddenly I can breathe again…ahhhhh.
Even though I didn’t realise I was constricted.
Because the thing I’ve been carrying silently finally gets said out loud.
What disappears in that moment
is the most expensive thing in my life:
circling
The mental looping.
The internal questioning.
The constant fine-tuning.
It costs time, money, energy, and presence.
This is the pattern I see most often in capable entrepreneurs.
They can feel something is off,
but no clear language for what it is.
They know they’re operating beneath their real edge.
They know some part of them is still holding back.
-or being held back.
So months pass.
Sometimes years.
And they see the same patterns playing out in their money, life, and business:
-the same client or team issues repeating
-opportunities slipping through their fingers
-sacrificing their health and relationships but telling themselves all is fine
…secretly knowing that this approach isn’t actually leading them to their vision
They tell themselves they’re being patient.
Trusting the process.
But underneath it, there’s hesitation.
And it isn’t a strategy or ability problem.
It’s a deep-rooted fear of looking directly at the truth.
They know that the discussion needs to deepen,
but part of them is scared about what might happen if they do.
But until that happens,
life - especially money - stays exactly where it is.
Money mirrors what you’re willing to be honest about.
It won’t move past the level you keep tolerating.
And this doesn’t resolve through more effort.
It resolves through contact.
With the truth.
The moment you quietly admit:
I can keep this going.
But this isn’t it.
And allow yourself to be seen there.
with someone who hears what you’re not saying,
sees the pattern you’re standing inside of,
refuses to let you keep circling it,
and names it.
Cleanly enough
that you see what’s actually been in the way.
Lovingly enough
that you can own where you already are.
When you see it and own it,
the pattern no longer has a hold,
and your clarity and ownership return.
And that moment
is where I’ve spent most of my adult life working.
My superpower is seeing the truth
the pattern someone is inside of,
and naming it cleanly.
I needed a space
that keeps my own truth sharp.
So I created The Crucible.
A 15-minute conversation.
It’s my most accessible way of working with me
and the most concentrated.
You bring where you are,
the tension you’re feeling.
I listen for the pattern underneath it.
And I tell you, cleanly, what I hear.
One honest conversation
that collapses months - sometimes years -
of internal circling and external stalling.
When the pattern is named, the loop stops.
You stop asking yourself the same questions.
You stop carrying the mental load of “everything’s fine”
You stop making half-moves that change nothing.
Your energy returns,
because it’s no longer split.
You’re ready to commit,
because you finally see what’s been in the way.
The Crucible is £199 for initial bookings.
A limited number of conversations available.
If you’ve been circling the same question this year
and can feel yourself carrying it into the next,
this is the pattern interruption.
If you’re done circling
and want to enter your next season
clear on where to place your full focus
book it.
